De Costa Hempey is now practicing law in the Family Court. Mr. Hempey previously served as a Judge Per Diem in the Family Court for three terms and the firm now practices in that Court.

We also believe in protecting the best interest of children and can help formulate the best plan for resolving family issues, which is often via mediation, without litigation. Mr. De Costa has defended virtually every type of Juvenile criminal charge, and Mr. Hempey has extensive experience as a former Judge and skilled mediator of family disputes.
